Falls Township is tucked into the southeastern part of Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania, along the Delaware River. In the early 1950s, William Levitt built approximately 4,000 affordable homes in Falls Township, increasing residential population tenfold within a decade. The township became a predominantly residential commuter community, a suburb of Philadelphia and Trenton.
The township encompasses Historic Fallsington, a non-profit organization and museum which preserves and shares the 300-year-old village of Fallsington, with over 90 historic buildings from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. Also located in Falls Township is Pennsbury, William Penn's historic country manor along the Delaware River.
